摘要: 近年来运动疗法作为青光眼的辅助治疗手段引起了较多关注。既往临床研究已证实,运动可降低健康人以及青光眼患者的眼压,并提高眼部血流灌注。动物实验也表明,运动对视神经也有一定的保护作用。本文对运动与眼压、眼部血流灌注以及视神经保护作用的关系及相关机制的研究进行综述,以期推动运动疗法在临床上的应用。(国际眼科纵览,2024, 48:8-14

Abstract: Exercise therapy, as an auxiliary treatment for glaucoma, recently has attracted broad attention. Previous clinical studies have confirmed that exercise can reduce intraocular pressure and improve ocular perfusion in healthy people and glaucoma patients. In addition, animal experiments have shown that exercise also has a certain protective effect on the optic nerve. This article reviewed the research on the relationship between exercise and intraocular pressure, ocular perfusion, and neuroprotection, as well as the related mechanisms, to further promote the application of exercise therapy in clinical practice.
